There are a number of important application deadlines associated with our postgraduate courses. If you are unsure whether a deadline applies to you, please check your chosen course page, or contact us.
Most of our postgraduate courses typically open for applications in the autumn and close in the summer, but dates may vary per course. Early applications are encouraged as spaces on our courses are limited and can be competitive.

Courses with unique deadlines
Some of our courses have their own, unique deadlines or multiple deadlines scheduled throughout the year, including:
- Child, Community and Educational Psychology (M4) closed on Wednesday 29 October 2025. Applications are managed through the Association of Educational Psychologists (AEP).
- Perinatal Mental Health postgraduate module (PN1) February 2026 cohort will close on Thursday 15 January 2026.
International applicant student visa deadline – Tuesday 30 June 2026
If you are applying to study with us from overseas, and wish to join one of the following courses with a Student visa, please ensure you have submitted your application by Tuesday 30 June 2026 at the latest. This should allow sufficient time to apply for, and receive, your Student visa before the start of the academic year, but earlier applications are strongly encouraged.

Bursary application deadline – Sunday 26 July 2026
As part of our commitment to becoming a more inclusive education provider, we offer a number of bursaries to new students from Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic / Global Majority backgrounds who qualify for Home fees status.
The bursary application deadline is Sunday 26 July 2026.
Please note: applying for the bursary is a separate process from your course application, and you must complete both to be eligible.
