We work collaboratively across a variety of workstreams to transform the workforce in health, care and other sectors, and in order to meet the future challenges for mental health and wellbeing at work. We do this as an education provider under the Health Education England Workforce Development partnership.

We also work with employers across the health, social work, social care, forensic and voluntary sectors to devise and deliver effective and engaging training programmes that meet their workforce capability needs.

We worked in partnership with Health Education England to develop a competency framework for perinatal mental health care skills to support all professionals working with mothers and families, from preconception until 1 year postnatal

Practice supervisor development programme

Aiming to provide high-quality continuous professional development to up to 700 social workers taking up their first role in which they are responsible for supporting and developing the practice of others
