Attendance

Some modules in our validated courses are not assessed formally, but nevertheless your attendance (at events such as conferences) is an essential part of the course.

We also expect students to respect their peers and arrive on time to lectures, seminars and workshops and try to let the tutor know in advance if you are going to be late or cannot attend. If you are studying with us as an international student and cease to make regular contact with us, we have an obligation to the Home Office (formerly the UK Border Agency) to report this.
