Ngozi Anuforo is currently Head of Strategic Commissioning for an inner London local authority and has worked in senior management and leadership roles in the public and community sector for over 20 years. She has extensive experience of developing, managing and leading services, as well as leading change across multi-agency and multi-disciplinary contexts.

As a qualified and experienced leadership coach, mentor, and facilitator, as well as a qualified Systemic Family Psychotherapist, Ngozi is passionate about personal and professional development. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills in reflective practice, people management and development, leadership development and training.
