Lydia Hartland-Rowe

Senior Organisational Consultant

Lydia Hartland-Rowe has worked in different clinical and training roles as a child psychotherapist in London, Manchester and Leeds since 2000, with a particular interest in programmes that promote the use of an applied psychoanalytic framework outside the consulting room. She is a Senior Organisational Consultant in Tavistock Consulting, part of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, having moved into organisational work through her involvement in Group Relations Conferences after first attending a GRC during her training. She was the Director for the Tavistock’s September GRC in 2016 and 2017, and the December GRC from 2018-2022.
