Hilary Stonebridge

Hilary has worked for many years as a Child Psychotherapist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Hackney and Camden. As part of CAMHS, she worked with services for under threes including working in GP surgeries at baby clinics, working closely with GPs and Health Visitors to support families with infants and young children.

Hilary teaches infant observation, both on the two year pre-clinical training, and on short courses and conferences. She has a particular interest in the development of observational skills in clinical work across disciplines.

She originally qualified and worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker before training as a Child Psychotherapist.

Hilary is also involved in the training and supervision of Child Psychotherapists. She currently undertakes clinical work as part of a parent infant psychotherapy charity.
