Freddie Peel

Fred leads the Strategy and Transformation Team at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and leads on the NCL Waiting Room website project. Fred has over 15 years’ experience working in and around CAMHS in NCL and has a background in project management, service improvement and digital product development. He is committed to working in collaboration with young people, parents, carers and other service users to drive improvement and is keen to exploit digital technology to deliver impact at scale.
