Alison Wragg is the Consulting and Leading in Practice (CLiP) Lead on our Master’s degrees in Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamic and systemic approaches (D10) .

Alison is an organisational consultant, supervisor, and co-founder and director of Leone Centre, where she leads a dynamic international practice, dedicated to transformative counselling and consultancy services for individuals, couples, leaders and teams. Previously an Occupational Therapist, Psychodynamic Counsellor, and Senior Manager of Mental Health Services in the NHS, Alison now specialises in assisting leaders in navigating both conscious and unconscious dynamics. She works to uncover insights into emotions, conflicts and underlying patterns that may impede personal and organisational growth.

Alison is a graduate of Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamic and systemic approaches (D10) and became a member of the course team in 2016. She is also a Fellow of the Westminster Abbey Institute and has been on the staff team of numerous group relations conferences.
