Get help with access to your MyTAP portal

MyTAP is the online portal that our applicants use to apply for courses, accept their offers and pay their fees.  If you have an issue accessing your online application portal, making payment online or applying for a CPD course, it may be due to recent security updates or the browser that you are currently using.  Please see below for more information to help you.

If using an older version of Chrome, Safari or Firefox, we recommend you download the latest version.

Forgotten password

If you cannot log into your MyTAP portal because you have forgotten your password, please reset it using our self service portal.

Forgotten username

Your username is the email address that you used when you registered with our online system. At that time, you will have also been sent an email from us when you registered that tells you what your username is.
