How to confirm your identity when logging into our online software
Please note: Shibboleth will have downtime on the 6th May.
In recent years, NHS Trusts and Higher Education Institutions have increasingly become the target of cyber-attacks. To help protect our students, staff and systems, we are enhancing the security of our online software, including our MyTAP portal, Moodle and library resources.
Moving forwards, when you log into these systems, you will be required to take an extra step to confirm your identity. You will be asked to enter a unique code, which will be sent to you by email. Once you enter this code, you will be able to continue through to each system as normal.
We will be on hand to help if you have any queries about this process or experience any issues while logging into these systems. We will share more information and FAQs relating to this change soon.
