Lydia Hartland-Rowe

Senior Organisational Consultant (Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist)

Lydia Hartland-Rowe retired from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in April 2024. She is as an Organisational Consultant in Tavistock Consulting, which is part of the new Workforce Innovation Unit following the Strategic Review. She is a child psychotherapist by background and is also involved in the work of the discipline in different ways, including as a Visiting Lecturer on the preclinical courses (M7) and clinical doctorate (M80). Lydia has also been very involved in group relations since 2010.
