Lydia Hartland-Rowe
Lydia Hartland-Rowe originally worked as a music therapist before training in psychoanalytic child psychotherapy at the Tavistock Centre. She has been combining expertise in organisational work, specialist mental health practice and teaching and training in different sectors for over 20 years, and is now Workforce Wellbeing Lead and Clinical Lead at the Tavistock and Portman, specialising in organisational mental health.
“The opportunity to develop courses that join up the importance of thinking about the quality of emotional experience in the organisations we work in, with what we know about mental health and wellbeing, has been really exciting,” says Lydia. “We hope that learners will relate to the material that describes the kinds of difficulties the workplace can present in sometimes hidden ways, and be helped to identify approaches they can use in their own particular network of working relationships.”
