Student complaints procedure
The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is engaged in many activities of both an academic and non-academic nature. From time to time a student may feel dissatisfied with some aspect of their dealing with the Trust.
The Trust is committed to ensuring that those who study with it are readily able to access information about how to make a complaint and that the issues raised are dealt with promptly and fairly. Each case will be considered on its own merit and in accordance with the evidence and circumstances presented.
