Student complaints procedure
Please note: The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust has now become part of North London NHS Foundation Trust. The following policy will be updated to reflect this change in due course. In the meantime, the terms of the existing policy remain in force.
The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is engaged in many activities of both an academic and non-academic nature. From time to time a student may feel dissatisfied with some aspect of their dealing with the Trust.
The Trust is committed to ensuring that those who study with it are readily able to access information about how to make a complaint and that the issues raised are dealt with promptly and fairly. Each case will be considered on its own merit and in accordance with the evidence and circumstances presented.
