Kannan Navaratnem

Kannan Navaratnem is a psychoanalyst in private practice and a member of the Institute of Psychoanalysis, London and the British Psychoanalytical Society. He is an Honorary Associate Professor in the Psychoanalysis Unit at University College London and also teaches at the Tavistock Clinic, the Institute of Psychoanalysis, the British Psychoanalytic Association and the British Psychotherapy Foundation.

Previously, he was a consultant adult psychotherapist at the Forest House psychotherapy clinic in the NHS, and a senior psychotherapist at the Arbours Crisis Centre. He will be the visiting professor in psychoanalysis at the University of Kyoto in 2024.
