Jess Elmer

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Jess Elmer is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) for many years. Alongside working as the VIPP Lead for the Trust she is the Clinical Team Manager for the ‘Whole Family Team with Perinatal Specialism’. This is a specialist perinatal and under 5s CAMHS team co-located in Camden Children’s Centre Services. Jess trained in VIPP when she first joined the Tavistock in 2013 and has been offering VIPP as an intervention within her clinical work ever since. Jess also worked on the Tavistock Post Adoption Support project, offering VIPP to newly adopted children and their parents. Jess accredited as a VIPP supervisor several years ago and has provided supervision to clinicians from many different NHS and Local Authority settings.
