Heather Daulphin recently retired as Senior Deputy Head of Hampstead School. She has vast experience of school leadership and leadership development/coaching with a particular specialism in leading inclusion and pastoral matters such as safeguarding, promoting positive emotional health, fostering pro-social behaviour strategies, i.e. restorative and relationship-based approaches rather than punitive measures. More recently, Heather led Hampstead School in securing the Wellbeing Award. This cultural shift necessitated whole school training and learning.
