Course Tutor and Supervisor

Francesca is an organisational and leadership consultant and coach. Italian by birth, she has been based in London since the mid-eighties. She works in a variety of organisational and cultural contexts, helping leaders and organisations to face issues of change, transition and the emotional dimension of organisational life. Her training and work experience across two different cultures has given her special understanding and insights into issues of cultural diversity. Francesca provides coaching to senior leaders from a broad range of organisations, and career development consultancy to individuals in the process of career choice, transition and review.

She is currently a supervisor on the Tavistock and Portman’s Executive coaching programme – Tavistock Consulting (ECP) and course tutor and supervisor on the Trust’s professional doctorate in Advanced practice and research: consultation and the organisation(D10D) and Tavistock qualification in consultation (D10C).

Francesca has an extensive experience in Group Relations Conferences, and she has provided training and consultancy in international contexts. She has a particular interest in family businesses and in the area of individual and organisational transition and transformation.

Francesca is the author of ‘Work Matters: Consultancy to Leaders and Organisations in the Tavistock Tradition’ Routledge, 2020.
