Errica is a leadership development consultant, executive coach, and coaches’ and consultants’ supervisor. By background a Clinical Psychologist, with postgraduate training as a specialist Psychoanalytic Adult Psychotherapist at the Tavistock and Portman, she has been engaged in the application of psychoanalytic and systemic thinking onto a variety of organisational settings. She works with both individual senior executives and executive teams in the UK and internationally to enable them, individually and collectively, to realise their full potential. She has lived and worked in the UK, Israel and the USA.

Her specific area of applied psychoanalysis includes working on the interface between emotional issues, personal development and work. As and when relevant, she integrates her clinical background and consulting skills to assist executives to identify and work through personal and team dynamics which are preventing them from being as effective as they can be. She has trained organisational consultants in the UK and internationally in both the private and public sectors, and has led a variety of both clinical and applied psychoanalytic training programmes in the UK, USA, Israel and the Netherlands. She has been a consultant in Group Relations Conferences.

She was visiting lecturer on the Tavistock and Portman’s Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamic and systemic approaches (D10/ED10) Master’s programme between 2004 – 2020, and is now Course Tutor and Supervisor for the Trust’s professional doctorate in Advanced practice and research: consultation and the organisation(D10D) and Tavistock qualification in consultation (D10C). Errica has been the founder Managing Director of Careers in Depth since 2003.
