Logins
You will need your Shibboleth login to access most of the online resources in your reading list, you should have received this when you started your course. If you haven’t got a Shibboleth account please contact us.
If you have forgotten your Shibboleth login details you can get a Shibboleth username reminder or password reset link.

Browsers
Although the online reading lists work best with Firefox they are compatible with most browsers. If you experience problems please make sure that you have the latest version. You can download the latest versions of the most popular browsers below:
Pop-ups
The full-text papers will open in a new browser window – if nothing happens please check your browser’s pop-up settings. If pop-ups are blocked you may need to add the following sites as exceptions: moodle.tavistockandportman.ac.uk and tavi.keylinks.org.
iPads and iPhones typically have pop-ups blocked as their default setting, see the iPad/iPhone link below if you need help changing this
More information about pop-ups can be found here:
- Internet Explorer browser settings
- Microsoft Edge browser settings
- Firefox pop-up settings
- Chrome pop-up settings
- Safari pop-up settings
- iPad/iPhone pop-up settings
Adobe Acrobat Reader
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read the full-text articles. If you don’t have it on your device, you can download Adobe Acrobat for free.
