Opening times
- Open 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Closed on bank holidays.
- From 5 December, the library will be closing at 6pm on Fridays.
- Open selected Saturdays 10.30am to 2.30pm: 6 December, 10 January, 24 January, 21 February, 7 March, 21 March.
- External library members who don’t have a Trust ID access-control card will need to sign in at the Tavistock Centre main reception before getting access to the building.
- To return loans, you can drop them in the book return container just outside the library entrance or use our Freepost label.
Festive break opening
- 22 to 23 December 10am to 4pm.
- 24 December 10.30am to 2.30pm.
- Library spaces closed from 25 December, reopening 5 January 2026.
- Support by email available 29 to 31 December and 2 January.
