National i-THRIVE community of practice event
Learning from implementation of the THRIVE Framework across complex systems
Please note that bookings have now closed for this event.
The National i-THRIVE community of practice comprises over 99 local sites that are working to implement the THRIVE Framework for system change (Wolpert et al., 2019) in their services for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
Hosted by the National i-THRIVE programme, this in-person event provides an opportunity to hear how these sites are implementing the THRIVE Framework to provide better mental health support for children and young people. Throughout the day, you’ll hear best practice examples from across the sector and learn how to overcome the potential challenges and barriers to implementing the THRIVE Framework across complex systems.
During this event, you will:
- learn from other sites implementing the THRIVE Framework
- receive practical guidance on how to support successful implementation
- consider potential opportunities and challenges that the THRIVE Framework poses
- reflect on possible ways to overcome barriers to implementation
- collaborate with others and gain insights through networking
Who is this event for?
This event is suitable for professionals from across the children’s workforce. You might be working in health and social care, youth justice, the police, education, local authority, or the voluntary sector.
There will be participants from all levels of the system, such as senior leads, commissioners, practitioners, and operational teams, all interested in supporting the implementation of the THRIVE Framework for system change in their locality.
Participants may have various levels knowledge of the THRIVE Framework before attending, but we hope that by attending you will gain a better understanding.
