The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is anxiety – and if you’re looking for ways to explore this topic with your students, we invite you to download our free resource pack, developed in partnership with the expert team at Gloucester House Outreach Service.
Centred around an original poem ‘I’m Not Anxious’ by Advisory Teacher, Thomas Owoo, the pack can be used to plan a lesson, whether this week or in the coming months, covering different signs of anxiety and actions that can be taken to calm anxious feelings.
