Alumni Discount

We are pleased to offer our postgraduate alumni a 10% saving when booking one of our continuing professional development (CPD) courses.

Am I eligible for an alumni discount?

The 10% alumni discount is available to all graduates of our postgraduate programmes – these are typically courses spanning one year or more. You can review a list of current postgraduate training via our interactive course index, and select your course from a drop-down in the form below.

Which CPD courses are eligible?

The 10% alumni discount can be applied to most of our continuing professional development (CPD) courses. You can review a list of current CPD training via our interactive course index, and specify your chosen course in the form below.

There is no limit to the number of times that you can claim your 10% alumni discount. However, you must only use the discount for your own bookings – the discount cannot be transferred to anyone else or used to make a group booking. The discount cannot be applied to any of our postgraduate courses.

How do I claim an alumni discount?

To claim your alumni discount, please complete and submit the form below.

You will be asked to specify the CPD course you plan to book, the postgraduate course which you previously studied, and the year in which you completed that course. If you are also able to provide your student number, this is helpful, but not essential.

We will review your form submission and hold a place on the course for you for one week, to allow you time to book. We will provide you with a unique promotional code, which you can use as part of the course booking process in our MyTAP portal.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All existing terms and conditions associated with our digital and short CPD courses, events and conferences also apply to courses booked with a discount.
  2. The alumni discount can only be applied to CPD courses, it cannot be applied to postgraduate courses.
  3. Discounts are subject to a space being available on your chosen course at the time of payment. Submitting a request for a discount does not guarantee that a place will be available on your chosen course or dates, although we will do our very best to accommodate you.
  4. We aim to acknowledge your request for a discount within two working days. If places are available upon acknowledgement, we will hold a place on the course for you for seven days. To confirm your place, you must then enrol and pay for the course via our MyTAP portal.
  5. Your discount code must be used within seven days of issue. If not, a new application must be made, and we cannot guarantee that a place on your chosen course will still be available.
  6. The discount code must only be used by the person who requested it – it cannot be transferred to another person, or used to make group bookings.
