Postgraduate-level courses: terms and conditions of study

This document represents the terms and conditions on which we, the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, provide services to you, the student, in the form of programmes of postgraduate-level study, hereafter referred to as courses.

You must read these terms carefully before you accept a place on a course at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the course to you, how we amend or end this contract, information regarding payment of fees and other important information.

Enrolment on a course at the Trust constitutes a binding agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all postgraduate-level courses (those starting with codes ‘D’, ‘ED’, ‘BD’ or ‘M’, with the addition of the Developing a diverse child and adolescent workforce (CPD64 and Psychoanalytic thinking at work (DAL004) courses).
