There is an expectation that CPD36 participants will commit to attend all ten sessions of the programme unless there is an emergency reason for non-attendance.

Participants will need to ensure individual access to a computer or laptop for the duration of the session and to be alone in a room which is not used by others. This is to enhance the learning experience and ensure complete confidentiality for everyone in the group.

Before applying, please ensure that you meet the criteria for this course and that you are able to commit the time required to successfully complete it.

The expectation is for students to spend around ten hours per week for twelve weeks (split into two six-week blocks with a break between) on a range of activities across an academic and practical spectrum.

You should also be aware of the potentially challenging and upsetting nature of some of the topics covered in this trauma-focused course. It encourages active self-reflection and emotional engagement so please consider if this is the right time for you.
