International student requirements

All our courses delivered in the UK will be delivered and assessed in UK English. Where your first language is not English, you must meet our entry requirements in respect of English language competence and have at least IELTs 6.5, with a minimum score of 5.5 in each element, or equivalent level to gain admission to our courses. We only accept IELTS as a Secure English language test (SELT). IELTS offer a number of different tests but a test will only be considered to be a SELT if it was taken at an approved test centre and is an ‘IELTS test for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) purposes’. You can book an IELTS test online by selecting the relevant country.

During the application process you will have the opportunity to upload any English language certificates that you hold.
