Siobhan McKee
Social Worker & Systemic Practitioner, Clinical Lead – Gloucester House Outreach Service
Siobhan McKee is an experienced Social Worker, Systemic Practitioner, and Trainee Systemic Psychotherapist currently serving as Clinical Lead at Gloucester House Outreach Service, part of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. Siobhan brings extensive experience across children’s services, having provided consultancy, advocacy, and training in schools, colleges, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
Her practice is centred on supporting care-experienced children, those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as young people with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and neurodivergent individuals. Siobhan’s work reflects her deep commitment to equitable service models, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all children and families.
Siobhan is currently advancing her expertise by undertaking a Master’s degree in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Clinic, further enhancing her systemic and therapeutic skills to support young people’s emotional wellbeing and educational experiences.
