Clinical Lead for Gloucester House School

My name is Selina Wightman. I am a Clinical Lead for Gloucester House School. I manage the clinical team and enure that the service delivery encapsulates evidence based practice within the field of trauma informed practice for pupils with SEMH, trauma and attachment presentations. I also manage clinical risk, safeguarding and incidents.

My professional background is speech and language therapy. I have worked in the field of neuodiversity diagnosis and intervention for 30 years. I am also a PBS coach.
