Rob Fitzpatrick is the Theory Lead for Consulting and Leading in Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches. He is an experienced organisational consultant and researcher, with a focus on criminal justice and complex needs. Rob is a graduate of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where he completed an MA in Consulting and Leading in Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches and a Professional Doctorate in Advanced Practice and Research: Consultation and the Organisation. His practice and research interests centre on the experience of place and the status of the workplace in contemporary organisational life.
