Megan Meredith

Megan Meredith is an experienced coach, consultant and supervisor working with clients in the NHS, commercial sectors and in central and local government.

Megan works with senior leaders and their teams, helping them to navigate complex and challenging transitions, gaining greater insight into both themselves and the dynamics and systems within which they work, so that they can lead more effectively and find their respective roles more fulfilling. She is passionate about a systemic approach to coaching, enabling leaders to both ‘unstick’ themselves from personal patterns and understand the impact of the system on the way they take up their role.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Megan held a number of leadership roles in the NHS, Audit Commission and Social Investment Business and has substantial experience of leading organisations through significant change. Megan was also previously Director of the Organisational Development Practitioners’ programme at Roffey Park Institute and Director of Tavistock Consulting’s Executive Coaching programme. Megan is a Visiting Lecturer at the Tavistock Clinic. She is accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and is an accredited Analytic Network Coach and Systems Constellations Practitioner. She also has an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching from Ashridge Executive Education.
