Louisa Brunner has been a leadership and organisational consultant and coach for about 30 years, and she also has longstanding managerial experience. She works with profit and non-profit organisations, consulting and carrying out workshops, training and teaching teams, boards of directors, public services and associations, and coaching managers, entrepreneurs, business school students and groups in different environments and diverse cultures.

As Advanced Practice Lead, Louisa is on the management team of our professional doctorate in Advanced practice and research: consultation and the organisation(D10D) and
Tavistock qualification in consultation (D10C), as well as being a Doctorate Supervisor.

Louisa has been a member of staff (Director or Consultant) of numerous international Group Relations Conferences (in person in Cyprus, England, Israel, Italy, Poland, The Netherlands and USA and four online). Louisa is a founder and board member of PCCA (Partners for Confronting Collective Atrocities). She is also a Faculty Member of GEN (Global Education Network) of the Family Firm Institute, Boston. She was awarded her PhD in Psycho-Social Studies at the University of the West of England. She is especially interested in leadership, trauma and crisis, family businesses, experiential learning and the emotional dimension, group relations, organisational and group observation and case studies. Lastly, Louisa has published her work and presented it at international conferences.
