Gwen Hanrahan

Organisational Consultant & Coach

Gwen is the Course Lead for the Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamic and systemic approaches (D10/ED10) masters programme. In addition, she works as an independent organisation consultant and executive coach, across commercial, not-for-profit and public sector organisations. She works with clients when they are preoccupied with difficult team dynamics or wish to build more effective leadership teams, particularly in contexts of multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural environments here in UK and internationally. Her experience spans aerospace, energy and life sciences industries and previous roles include practice leader in organisational strategy with AEC Partners in Paris, France and in-house OD specialist with EDF Energy in London, UK.

She is a graduate of Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamic and systemic approaches (D10/ED10) and became a member of the course team in 2018. She is also a supervisor on Tavistock’s Executive Coaching Programme. She staffs regularly on Group Relations Conferences here in UK and internationally.
