Eenasul Fateh

Expert by Experience

Eenasul Fateh is a member of the Tavistock’s Trauma Service, working with individuals and groups as an inaugural ‘Expert by Experience’. He has experience of youth and community development work on housing estates and with street gangs and trained at Goldsmiths University and Institute for Psychosynthesis in psychosocial and psychotherapeutic studies; in 2024 he completed the Tavistock’s new DAB-004 Certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. He is board member of Tavistock Institute of Human Relations as well as Tavistock and Portman Charity.

He is also a strategy consultant [Citibank, LVMH, Oracle etc] and professor [convener of trauma-informed ‘high performance dynamics’ dissertation track at Loughborough University London and teaching at LSE, Cranfield etc]. From 1980-4 he was research fellow in global economy and strategic studies at LSE, from where he also graduated. His practice as a self-organising interdisciplinary artist has been shown at the ICA, Whitechapel Gallery, and the Manifesta Biennale, among others.
