Philip Archard
Associate Lecturer
Dr Philip Archard is an Associate Lecturer on our professional doctorate in Advanced practice and research: social work and social care (D55) and our doctorate in Child, community and educational psychology (M4). Dr Archard is a clinical-academic actively engaged in research with specific interests in practitioner enquiry in health and social care, psychoanalysis and qualitative research, and youth adversity and mental health. Dr Archard leads PRiCE (Practice Research in Child Welfare) Lab: a recently established research group involving the D55 and M4 course communities, supporting practice-based research in child welfare and mental health through work with community partners and researchers at other institutions.
