David Sibley

Organisational consultant

David Sibley is an organisational consultant at Tavistock Consulting, part of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. He works with senior leaders and teams in universities, the NHS, local government, charities and the private sector, helping them think about the emotional and relational side of organisational life during periods of pressure and change.

 

Earlier in his career he developed and led a mental health advisory service for students with complex needs in higher education, which deepened his interest in how services respond to demand, risk and organisational dilemmas.

 

In his consulting work he focuses on how authority, anxiety and group dynamics shape decision making, collaboration and performance during change, and this workshop draws on that experience to help participants examine the dynamics of change in their own systems and leadership roles.
