Charlotte is the Director of Tavistock Consulting. As an experienced organisational consultant and executive coach, she leads the business and works with senior leaders and teams to strengthen performance, navigate change, and lead with confidence. She combines over twenty years of clinical, organisational, and leadership experience with a warm, grounded style that creates a safe space for reflection, challenge, and growth.

Her work focuses on helping leaders operate effectively in complex environments, improve collaboration across teams, and reshape structures and cultures during periods of transition. Charlotte brings a strong systems-psychodynamic perspective, enabling clients to understand both the practical and emotional dynamics at play in their organisations. She coaches CEOs and senior executives, supports leadership teams to work more effectively together, and consults on culture, role clarity, and organisational design.

Alongside her consulting and coaching work, Charlotte teaches on the master’s programme ‘Leading and Consulting in Organisations: A Systems-Psychodynamic Approach’ and lectures across other applied psychoanalytic and consulting programmes. She is one of the few Systems-Psychodynamic consultants able to work bilingually in Welsh and English.
