Library refund policy
When and how you can get a refund for one of the library’s paying services
Inter-library loans
You have the right to cancel your request within seven working days from the date of payment (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Cancellations must be made in writing, either by email or by post to The Library, Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, 120 Belsize Lane, London, NW3 5BA.
How and when will I be refunded?
We will refund you to either the PayPal account or credit card from which original payment was made within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.
The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust library reserves the right to change the content and delivery of our services without notice.
Library membership refund policy
You have the right to cancel your library membership within 14 working days from the date of payment (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £10.00. Membership cancellations must be made in writing, either by email or by post to Membership Services, Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust Library, 120 Belsize Lane, London, NW3 5BA.

This refund policy applies to external fee-paying library members only.
