We are now part of North London NHS Foundation Trust

The Tavistock and Portman has now become part of North London NHS Foundation Trust, in a merger by acquisition which will protect the future of our pioneering clinical services and world-renowned education and training.

As Tavistock Education and Training, we will continue to offer the same range of life-changing CPD and postgraduate courses – and while our name and logo have changed, the experience of our students and applicants will remain the same.

Our students will study the same curricula, relating to the same Tavistock approaches, and working with the same educators and administrators. The University of Essex will remain a key partner and the awarding body for most of our validated courses, and our clinical courses will continue to be accredited by leading professional bodies. Teaching for our London-based courses will continue to be delivered at the Tavistock Centre.

We are excited to embark on this new chapter, delivering our specialist mental health services, education and research as part of North London NHS Foundation Trust.
