We operate a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, victimisation, bulling, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
Students sometimes submit complaints if they are dissatisfied with another student casework process, such as the Non-Academic Misconduct Procedure or the Fitness to Train or Practise Procedure.
The Student Complaints Procedure sets out that students should normally make complaints to a relevant member of staff in the first instance so that their concerns may be resolved informally.
Please set out your concerns below and tell us what outcomes you are seeking at this stage. As much as possible, please provide details such as key dates and the names and job titles of people who are involved. If you have attempted to resolve your complaint informally, please specify when and how, and which parts of the response you are dissatisfied with.
The Student Complaints Procedure sets out that students should submit formal complaints within three months of the relevant issues occurring or within 25 working days of the informal stage outcome being issued, whichever is later.
