Request an internal complaint review

If you have completed the formal stage of the Student Complaints Procedure and are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may use this form to request an internal review.

Your request

The Student Complaints Procedure sets out that students should submit internal review requests within ten working days of the formal stage outcome being issued.
Internal review requests may only be submitted on certain grounds. These grounds are as follows: • The Student Complaints Procedure was not followed, or a procedural error occurred during the formal process, • The outcome of the formal process was unreasonable, • The student has new material evidence which could not have been provided sooner, and which may affect the outcome of the formal process.
Please set out below which parts of your formal complaint outcome you are dissatisfied with and tell us what outcomes you are seeking at this stage. Please refer to the available grounds for review; for example, explain what procedural error you think occurred at the formal stage or how you think the outcome was unreasonable.
