It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our 2025/26 digital prospectus.

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust exists to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. We work in partnership with people, families and communities to provide high quality specialist mental health care, alleviate emotional distress and pioneer innovative education and research. As a student with us, you would have a unique opportunity to study and learn within a working NHS mental health trust, learning from those who also treat our patients. 

It is an exciting time to join us – we are ambitious for the future, with innovative partnerships and research opportunities in development that will further strengthen our position as a global centre of excellence in clinical practice, training and education.
