“I was a manager in the NHS for 26 years and, in parallel with this, developed myself by completing first a Master’s degree then a professional doctorate at the Tavistock and Portman. Both were transformational experiences, and I am now course lead for the professional doctorate! In this role, I particularly enjoy teaching and contact with students. It is a pleasure to be alongside them as they undertake courses and training that lead to genuine change and development in their skills and capabilities.
