Diane Turner

Psychoanalyst

Diane Turner is a psychoanalyst working at Kings College Hospital in the Type 1 Diabetes and Disordered Eating Team (T1DE), and at 10 Windsor Walk in private practice.

Prior to training at The Institute of Psychoanalysis she worked in eating disorders at Springfield Hospital, and with Personality Disorders at the Cassel Hospital. She also trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist at The Tavistock Clinic.

She has lectured widely on T1DE, and has published papers on race and psychoanalysis, and clinically on psychosomatic disorders. She is the editor of the BPAS psychoanalytic bulletin.
