Conny Kerman

Systemic family psychotherapist and social worker

Conny is a systemic family psychotherapist and qualified social worker with extensive experience across adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health, substance-misuse and social-care services in Vienna and London. She has been a associate lecturer, tutor and supervisor at the Systemic Family Psychotherapy course and supervision course at the Tavistock for many years.

From 2018 to 2026, Conny was the Systemic Psychotherapy Lead for Barnet CAMHS. She has a particular interest in whole-family approaches to parental mental illness and, since 2017, has facilitated Barnet’s Kidstime multi-family group, supporting parents experiencing mental health difficulties and their children. Alongside her clinical and supervisory practice, Conny has delivered systemic training and developed reflective-practice provision across health, social-care and education settings.
