Jo Brook

Perinatal Mental Health Training and Service Development Lead

Jo Brook is the Perinatal Mental Health Training and Service Development Lead at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. She was also the London Perinatal Mental Health Network Lead for the last 10 years, and is currently the Perinatal Mental health Clinical Lead with the London Maternity Team.

She has extensive service development and leadership experience in the perinatal mental health field, and in supporting the expansion of perinatal services through workforce development and currently leads on the delivery of a range of courses within the Trust.

An Occupational Therapist by background, Jo has over 30 years experience of working in Adult Mental Health, and has set up, managed and led various different services, including a Perinatal Parent-Infant Mental Health Service.
